Bring Direction to your Yoga Practice

There’s more to yoga….

Yoga is so much more then just showing up to an hour class at your local gym.  This is a great way to be introduced to the practice but I found from my own experiences that I was missing out on other aspects that Yoga has to offer.  I only began to learn what Yoga really is once I completed my teacher training, and my practice has become so much deeper and fulfilling since then.  The teachings of Yoga are so expansive that there is always something new to learn, understand and practice.   I endeavour to share with you, the teachings and experiences I’ve received so that you may deepen your practice as well.
